Feedback

"My dad went to the doctors as requested, stood in reception, the receptionist was aware of him standing there over 15 mins in the finish, she had seen him but not once acknowledged his presence in reception. what has happened to this doctors? my dad is 86 years old what is the matter with you? he left as you hadn’t bothered to acknowledge his presence and still is no further forward with his medication which you apparently are sorting out for him as you are his doctors!!"

"First off, do not expect to get through to the receptionists here for at least half an hour. If you do happen to get through, you'll be greeted by some of the most coldhearted women you could possible imagine. My wife's been in some serious pain, and I've desperately been trying to get her seen to for the last couple of months. Now when I call and ask if they'd like her details, I'm met with "that'd be a start"; following this it's a long sigh followed by a "what can I help you with THIS time". After weeks of trying, we received a referral from this clinic; however when following the links to the possible surgeries we can receive treatment at every single one of them says 'unavailable'. We feel like we're effectively being denied treatment by the NHS, and the receptionists here have the least bit of sympathy. I wonder if they'd feel the same if one of their loved ones were in pain. If you do happen to have the misfortune of speaking with Lucile, then I would strongly advise asking to speak with someone a little more competent and less cruel. It baffles me how the staff here can be allowed to be so cruel and unprofessional. I would strongly advise registering anywhere else."

"Asked for a check up on my family for diabetes (due to my husband getting it and his family has a history of having it) and they just shooed me away saying about my husband not having mild symptoms or something. Why are they talking about him? Diabetes is not some contagious thing!"
