Cute spot! Loved the decor/vibe inside and our server was awesome. One of the standout dishes was the burrata (pic) - so so good. The hummus was also worthy of a mention. 4 stars because my friends steak wasn't super awesome (over done). But I would definitely go back!

My friends and i went there for happy hour none of us had been before. We had a really nice time, our server was on top of things. We shared a few small plates and all were really, including the tuna crudo, spanish octopus, sliders, spinach dip, chicken wings and fries. The drinks were really good.

Wow! I am still smiling and laughing from the great brunch I had with friends at Bernie's Chicago! The food was delicious, the restaurant is stunningly beautiful, the service was top notch (thanks Kayla), and the drinks were divine! We had the Hummus with the ground lamb and the freshly baked pita as a starter. Y'all, we literally were sopping up the plate because it was so good. For entrees, we got the Bernie's burger (substituted fries), Brioche French Toast, and the Turkey Burger. All were extremely delicious especially the feta cheese in the turkey burger! ?? But y'all, the drinks were top notch next level. We tried the Posh (the large purple drink in the pic), the Mood Indigo (the smaller purple drink) and the Planter's Punch (in the Mason Jar). We also tried the What Happens in Bangkok, Vieux Carre, the ? Knees, a Manhattan, and an Old Fashioned (all not pictured). All were absolutely divine! To make things even better, our server Kayla (apologies for misspelled name) took several pictures of the group to remember our time here. We had an amazing experience and will definitely be back soon! @amanabouthome @amanaboutfood

I’ve been here in couple different times, happy hour, lunch and dinner. Highly recommend happy hour. Photos are from lunch, egg is really okay, rest of food are great.

A cute outdoor seating place on the second floor. Remember to book for rooftop or outdoor seating otherwise the hostess might take you inside. Drinks are decent with River North price(a little pricy), food is great we enjoyed so much with the shared plates.

We split the burger and salmon sandwich, both very good! Korean deviled eggs and Cobb salad also great! Sat on the roof top and enjoyed a good breeze. We'll be back♥️

We went to Bernie's for drinks around 8pm. The hostess was very friendly and got us a table right away next to the fire pit on the roof. They have a great rooftop which is perfect for COVID with lots of open space and heaters. The drinks were very good and well made. The server was also very friendly and attentive. We didn't have any food, but based on what I experienced there having drinks, I will be back for dinner!

A good gastropub with all the usual trappings. Went to happy hour and they had better than average oysters with a mignon sauce that was special and a good wine. The regular menu looked good, but not unique. A good place that is good for something new.
