Delicious Pho and Banh Mi! Was also very impressed by the bottle selection available for carry out. Came by at 530 on a Friday and was quickly seated and the food came out fast also as we ordered. Definitely plan to be back!

A very modern, authentic Vietnamese spot right on South Street. Was able try a variety of items on the menu. The pho and rice platter were pretty good, but the pho brisket banh mi was different than anything I’ve tried. It was like a deconstructed bowl of pho, using the same pho seasoning for the meat on the sandwich with a bowl of broth for dipping. Really great flavor. All of the drinks my group got were also great. Only knock would be the price was a little steep for the amount you got. Not a huge sandwich with not a lot of fries. I would recommend going when they have deals during happy hour.

A good attempt to bring Vietnamese food to the mainstream. All dishes, whenever possible, are "presented" in a way that they can be eaten the "western" way, i.e. served mostly on a plate, with exceptions for the noodle dishes. We like the squid and the papaya salads, not in the traditional form, but they were good enough to satisfy most palates. The grilled pork vermicelli was a tad greasy for our taste. The pho's broth was very rich and "cloudy", an indication that they may have used the instant pot to make the broth. Over all, we enjoyed the outing, the beers and cocktails were great. You could find most of the beers in bottles, and what were on tap were decent as well. Services were pitiful, the waitress could not navigate the menu very well. Vietnamese is a difficult language to master. They would do better if menu uses numbers. Our waitress messed up our order badly, and spent most of the evening apologized for her screw up. Parking was difficult, both on availability and accessibility. Give some time to get a parking space...

Had the tamarind chicken which was super crispy but lacking in some flavor. Nonetheless, don’t regret the purchase. It was also happy hour so cost $7. I got the pho brisket sandwich which was so juicy. It was like a bowl of pho inside a hoagie! The pork one was a bit dry. No meat or juice soaked into the bread. So the dryness made it less enjoyable. The service was great! Our waiter was kind, fast, and efficient!

Really really good food and vibes here! One of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Philadelphia. The bar is very trendy and cocktail menu looks creative. We had the summer rolls, pork belly and brisket bao buns for appetizer. Definitely would recommend the pork belly bao! It’s cooked perfectly. Good balance between the fatty and lean meat. For entrees we had the beef pho and the Obama bowl. Both were good. We really enjoyed the Obama bowl- rice noodle with grilled pork and imperial rolls on top. 10/10 would come back! Great location and service too.

Their vegetarian pho is probs the best I’ve ever had! The broth is awesome We also got the seitan banh mi and turmeric chicken vermicelli. They are like “normal good” not like “mind-blowing good”

I love their grilled squid and both of the salads. Not much a big fan of the chicken pho and bun rieu cua. It’d be better ?
