"Disappointing experience. We ordered 30 boneless wings. One would think that is an ample amount of food, but really a set of 10 wings is in a tiny box… smaller than your average happy meal. When I got to the restaurant for take out and realized how little food this was, I ordered a “rush” order of more chicken…which took another 25 minutes. By that time, the original order was cold. Notably, the fries and pretzel bites were good, even though they were cold. The servers at the takeout desk were nice too, even though they could likely tell I was upset."
"Usually I have a good experience here. They changed how service is. You get seated and then order everything on your phone, refill your own drinks, and mostly get ignored by the servers. The food was cold and sub-par. Also, you don't get real silverware anymore, you get a plastic set. Update: 10 minutes after I left, I felt extremely nauseous and threw up. (I didn't eat that much)"
"I'm use to going to Buffalo and getting terrible service. This wasn't the case here. My waitress was checking in on our party often and gave us no issues and was also very polite. As for the food, it was great. I think It matched what I paid. I had wings, apps and a chicken sandwich and all of it came out at a good time and nothing was over or under cooked. Great overall experience."
