Chicago Pub & Billiards

This place has well maintained pool tables and we visit every time when we are in Kitchener. Well, this time when we were there, we ordered 2 pitchers of beer and literally waited more than an hour to get it, because of our waitress. She had forgotten our order, even after we reminding her a minimum of 4 times. Later we had to inform the manager to get our drinks. After that, again we waited for 10 more mins to get the mugs. Luckily we were playing pool to keep ourselves busy, otherwise would have felt so bad for waiting too long.

Honestly 5 stars isn’t even enough! Came in on a Saturday night after a LONG week. The manager greeted me and set me up at the bar. She was genuine and friendly, so welcoming. I ordered my food and drinks and service was prompt! The staff matched in friendliness and were so kind, always making sure I was good (but not in an overtly kind of way). I was able to relax, chat a bit, try my first martini and eat some damn delicious food! It was definitely the rest I needed and those women were such a blessing to me! I’m so thankful for my experience here tonight and will definitely be coming back for more!

Please try Mozzarella sticks and Dirty Shirley. I really liked the food and cocktails. Servers are helpful and friendly. Overall ambience is splendid!

Great customer service! We had just left Montana's because after 15 minutes of waiting not one server greeted us or even acknowledged our existence. So we decided we should try Chicago's. As soon as we walked through the door we were immediately greeted by an outgoing and friendly hostess that seated us right away. Within a minute of sitting down our lovely server came and greeted us and got our drink order. Then was back promptly with our drinks and took our food order. All less then 10 minutes from the time we walked in and sat down. Exceptional service!! The food was fresh and tasted great! The dessert was sooooo yummy! Thanks for turning our day around!

Lots of fun playing billiards here. Pretty good pub and bar food. The drinks are decently priced. Lots of room so good place to hang out with friends on weekends and such.

There are a lot of negative reviews for this place and I don't understand why. Two of us went to Chicago's last night to shoot pool and have a couple beers and a bite to eat. The place is clean, the tables are in good shape. The beer was cold and the wings were good. Danielle was our server and she was outstanding. The place was packed and yet we didn't have to wait for anything. She was very personable and helpful. Overall a great night. Will be back for sure.

The service was great and so was the atmosphere. The only reason I gave it a 3 is because the chicken fajitas are saturated in oil when you get to the bottom of it. Absolutely turned my stomach. Didn't eat the other half. The sweat potatoes fries are amazing. I will have the sweat potate fries again.

Thank you Chicago Kitchener, food was great with generous portions. Our server Danielle was very professional and efficient, best server we’ve had in a very long time. Definitely coming back.
