The worker, at 8:28 pm 12/25/22. African American worker deserves a raise. The area is surrounded with homeless people, he was the only worker in the store, answered questions other customers had and was kind to everyone, including my family. Working on Christmas and i understand he must have his own family to be home to but he was still kind to everyone, not being in any kind of negative mood whatsoever.

DO NOT USE THE AIR!!! Had a flat tire and had insurance cover a tow to Firestone Automotive but the tire pressure thing does not work! Go to another gas station for air. Fine as a gas station, looks clean, some snacks, all that stuff is fine. Had to call off from work at the industrial facility today to deal with this flat tire

Upon entering, I was greeted cheerfully. I felt welcome and safe. When I left, even though, the cashier was busy, he still took time to say farewell. A little goes a long way and this gentleman made my day. Thank you for your kindness, sir!

Headed to a volleyball tournament needed some Claritin for my 14yr old daughter we walked in at 635am police officer yelling at a homeless man walking him out the store. There was a line of about 10 people the one lady behind the counter with a beautiful septum piercing was not wanting to help checkout she wanted everyone to use the self checkout but it seemed everyone that used it needed help some people were getting frustrated and mumbling words as they walk out we get to the counter and she talks at me saying “YOU CAN USE THE SELF CHECKOUT” I tell her but I need Claritin and it’s behind the counter. She talks at me again “ AND YOU CAN STILL USE THE SELF CHECK OUT” ok…. I tell her ma’am what we’re gonna do is talk nicely to each mother with respect and she looks at me and say I can refuse service to you ? for wanting to be treated kindly you refuse service ???? Weird on so my daughter who needed Claritin will need to go find another place to get it at 635 am in this hood that’s fine I grew up in this spot I know who I’m dealing with and where I’m at. I get frustration but this clerk wasn’t trying to help anyone. I went one block north and was greeted by a nice lady who had Claritin at 625am

03/2022 VIOLENT SECURITY Causes Death. I spoke with an employee at this location who indicated she does not feel safe with the security guards. Everyone realizes there's a homeless problem at this location, but it doesn't mean the security guard is allowed to beat somebody to death, especially when they're running away from you after being asked to leave. 10/2022 EXPIRED FOOD. BEWARE! I've seen this happen too many times here to remain silent. Expired sandwiches, cookies and pastries. Ever since they put that so called "kitchen" in, this Circle K location doesn't seem to care as much about properly rotating their food.

You guys apparently could careless about customer service or hiring people that actual want to work there. The heavy set African American woman you had working at the register tonight was degrading people and looking at people with disgust because that were helping out the homeless and literally rolling her eyes at every single person. This is the type of people you hire? Do better as a company that makes lots of money care a little about customer service and treating people with respect. Most of all fire that employee and give her job to someone who needs it. She needs to realize how precious it is to have a job.

If you are paying with cash to safe and extra $.10 per gallon then make sure you get the receipt when paying because they will give you the credit/debit card price if you don't pay attention. Either the cashier is poorly trained or someone is pocketing the cash and input in credit card payment (if that is a possibility).

I’ve been coming to this circle k since it first opened a few years ago, however the staff has increasingly gotten more and more rude with every visit I make and I will no longer be returning after this past visit. I am a driver, and when this location first opened I loved it because it was right off the highway and I could quickly put gas and go to the restroom. However a few months back they decided to lock the restrooms, which I presumed was due to the homeless population (understandable). However, when I ( a paying customer who comes here everyday!) asked for the key, they refused saying the restroom was out of order. At first I thought nothing of it, and proceeded to grab some drinks and snacks to purchase. As I was grabbing the drinks, a white male came and asked the cashier if he could borrow the key because his wife had to use the restroom and they gave him a key!!!! This was blatant racism and discrimination and I will not stand for it. I will not longer come here and I will let all my fellow Uber/Lyft drivers never to come here again either.
