We were in the area visiting the Scout Shop. I had heard a couple at church say they used to go all the time. There was not many people when we got there. We were sat right away. Our waitress was there super quick. The food was very good. He had the patty melt and I had the BLT. The toast was not even on both sides but it was a good BLT. The inside had a classic old world feel. That also have a very banquet room with outside entrance.

Clementine's was such a pleasant surprise! I was visiting Texas from South Carolina, and my sister and mom thought the online menu looked great, so we stopped in. The service was incredible, and our server was excellent. The kitchen was so accommodating to several allergies at our table, and the food was delicious. I honestly cannot name one single thing that made the experience unpleasant. The restaurant is inviting, though the exterior does look like a storefront in a strip mall. The fettuccine Alfredo with chicken was perfect! I cannot wait to visit the Houston area again so I can get another glass of their sweet tea and the heirloom tomatoes appetizer!

Wow, what a Fantastic restaurant to share my name, "Clementine", with , although I am a lil older. ? Chef Aldo came out to say hello and started us off with his Stuffed seafood mushrooms , and ooh what an "uhm delight" ! Then, he kept it coming, my, my, his specialty Halibut was magnificent! Okay, so add in the service from all the great staff, just as fantastic! Andrew, our waiter was excellent along side Dexter, one of the chefs and also, the great bartender. Oh and if that wasn't enough, The piano mans' vibe did the rest. It was absolutely, Great, how you all have added so much flavor to 46 years of doing business in the Houston area. Keep on keeping on! Bravo!

This a strange restaurant. The decor is very outdated and it's kind of grimy inside. Our waitress seemed like she had given up and wasn't happy to have to serve us. My sister ordered some tequila lime chicken which was under cooked and chewy, the menu clearly says you get either soup or salad, veggies and potato with the meal. Hers came out with no veggies and I said oh her veggies are missing and the waitress replied sarcastically "she got veggies, she has potatoes". The mashed potatoes were dry and flavorless. I got the chicken Parmesan and it did taste good but it was extremely over battered and the spaghetti was overcooked. I was going to give 2 stars, but seeing as how my sister and I are both still sick from the food, I decided on 1 star.

The food was awful. After two bites I stopped eating. I’m not one to send food back, just take my loss. I asked what for a wine list, but was told not to bother, they probably wouldn’t have what was on the list. Then I asked what they had, and was told by the waitress that she didn’t know. So I asked for the house red, and it was not good.

Entering into the building from outside going inside , the customers that were eating seemed to be very uncomfortable to see a dark customers come in and eat, as if it was year 1964. The place is amazing and very beautiful. Beside the stares. There were two lovely musicians and a singer , people were dancing. The waiter and all the employees were absolutely kind, provided great service and very attentive to your needs . There was one older man after having too many ,came and spoke with us about joining him on the dance floor. The atmosphere is very friendly & relaxing . The food was delicious. Their crab cakes are very tasty, I wish I had ordered more. There was a bar that I didn't attend but next time I will forsure for some wine. I will be back !!

This is a nice place to have a great evening dinner. The interior has a nice style of old school time (even though not really). Also the staff was nice. They make you feel like family down there. The cleanliness is a little questionable. It has a moderate status of clean, while some parts are into some questions. The food was nice. There are two ways you can eat here for the night. It's either the regular menu or the Saturday prime rib buffet. The regular menu night is quite acceptable to have a great night. They offer a soup along with your entree. It's decent but not as good as any other soup. Appetizers are actually good and worth it here even though it is meant to fill you up and pay up big. Go for their specials which has big portions, decent price, and actually savory flavor. Desserts are guilty pleasures. Now the buffet is simple. You grab what you want there and you got a great night ahead. Overall a great place to go for dinner with the family.
