My friends and I decided to try Daily Gather for brunch and it was pretty good. Between the 5 of us we decided to try the Ultimate Brunch Board (pictured). My favorite was the French Toast so buttery with crispy edges, fried chicken tender breast and the potatoes. I also order a side of cheesy grits which I wasn't a fan of, they were bland. We also didn't like the mimosas that much. But overall very nice restaurant in a beautiful location. Be sure to make a reservation or you may not get seated.

i was lowkey not sure what to expect due to the mix reviews about food and service, however my dining experience here was v pleasant. made a reservation at noon for two and was promptly seated at the corner booth as requested. on a weekday lunch, the restaurant wasn't too busy and the noise level was low. the interior was beautiful, modern and spacious. we got the crunchy noodle salad, chilled shrimp and the burger. the food came out pretty fast considering how hungry we were. the crunchy noodle salad was super delicious and a healthy option as well. the chilled shrimp was a good appetizer to share. then the burger looked was juicy and delicious, and fries were yummy as well. our server was checking on us a couple of times to see if we need anything, and the manager i believe also came by to make sure everything was all good. i ordered a grapefruit juice which i got at the end of the meal however it worked out just fine because i totally forgot about it lol. and the drink was refreshing. overall i really enjoyed my lunch here and i def do want to check back and try other dishes for dinner. the restroom color scheme is simple yet cute and it's clean. the parking can be a bit difficult but you can always park at the garage.

Came for happy hour from 2-5:30 on a Wednesday. I made reservations. It's not required to make reservations, but recommended (definitely would for a Thursday or Friday). Matt (my server) was great. Attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. The spinach on the oyster Rockefeller could have been a bit more seasoned, but it was decently flavored. I've had more creamy and seasoned butternut squash soup, but it was okay. The drinks and their specials are really good. The flatbread could of used some sort of marinara sauce, but the melted foccocia was a nice treat. The spicy margarita (regular flavor) was good and had the right amount of tequila. I recommend Daily Gather.

We had a good time at Daily Gather. We actually came here instead because we had more family members show up to dine and our other restaurant choice was unable to accommodate us all. We were seated quickly in nice outdoor seating. We arrived with ten minutes left for brunch only menu options so we had to wait to order lunch but it didn’t feel long. Our service was good and food was good. I think pricing was acceptable for the location. I ordered the tomato bisque soup, salad and salmon.

The Daily Gather is a New American restaurant developed by the same minds who brought Dish Society to Houston. They aim to offer a seasonal menu with quality ingredients and diverse culinary influences. Our meal here was fantastic and we are excited to come back and try the new seasonal offerings! Vibe - the restaurant is located in City center, right beside one of the parking garages, and it's beautiful! The perfect ambiance for a formal but still casual environment, and a great outdoor patio space too. There's also a nice photo op in the front. Food - we ordered the charcuterie board, Caesar salad, Lola's spaghetti, and brisket French dip. The cheeses, seasoned nuts, fruits, and cured meats were incredibly delicious and they were pretty generous with the portions. I really enjoyed how the caesar salad consisted of entire leaves of romain lettuce coated with caesar dressing and grated parmesan cheese. The white anchovies on the salad were a smart choice as they were more mild than traditional anchovies, less oily, leaner, and meatier - it added a good amount of substance to the salad. The pasta was cooked to a perfect al-dente, and the sauce clung to the pasta beautifully and provided a robust marinara flavor complemented by the fresh ricotta. The brisket French dip was stupid good. They provide a heaping mound of moist brisket between two fresh pretzel buns along with a brisket dipping broth and fries. While eating the sandwhich alone was incredibly, dipping it into the broth added an unreal wave of umami meaty goodness that elevated the sandwhich to another level. Even though the brisket takes center stage, the pretzel bun notably complements the meatiness by providing its own pretzel flavor while also serving as a sponge that soaks up all the flavors. Horseradish aioli and swiss cheese provide an additional layer of acidity, creaminess, and brightness to balance out the savory notes. The fries were also incredible - delicous and super crunchy. Drinks - we ordered the blueberry lemon thyme (BLT) drink and strawberry lemonade. They were both delicious and refreshing! We wanted to try the daily juices but they were sold out. Service - our server was very kind and attentive. Overall, the Daily Gather indeed lives up to its name as a place that we definitely want to return to everyday for great service and incredible food at a fair price given the stellar quality. Next time someone wants to meet up, definitely come here if you want to impress while dining on truly exceptional food.

On my journey, looking for the ultimate French fries, and read a few reviews on the Daily Gather, but, sad to say, though they were really good with their Parmesan dressing, they weren’t the best. The restaurant is located in city center and they have outdoor seating which is great. We are here on a Sunday evening and they have live music on the green. Overall really fun place to bring a date and enjoy a night out

This has been one of the best brunches we've tried thus far. The entire place is very nice. The outside patio is spacious and comfortable. Service was amazing and our glasses were never empty. Our server Alyssa was phenomenal.

Listen the name is literally what I want to do! Gather daily at the location and get all the sides and vibes!! Located in City Centre (Houston, Texas baby!), it is such a great addition! I did not realize that they have been there since Jan. 2022. The predecessor was Straits and right now I see Daily Gather as a great successor! Great place to gather and relax! Reasonably priced for such good food and fabulous service! Dont forget to check in on Yelp for an order of deviled eggs! Reservation: YES! Make a reservation through open table Parking: there are meter parking and garages around but there is valet service for $10 Staff: the staff was very sweet and attentive! My girl, Dominique(sp) aka Dom, was great! Great energy, great suggestions! All around good vibes! Ambiance: it is really a refreshing location! You can sit on the patio and get some fresh air while over looking the green space, children playing or you can chill inside. Food: EVERYTHING was good, from the deviled eggs, steak w/ bone marrow!? The withered greens ?, cauliflower mash(trust me! You wont regret it ) LITERALLY everything was fire ? Drinks: a carafe was $22 definitely not a bad price!
