My friends and I ordered takeout from D’Jakarta Cafe. This was my first time trying Indonesian food, and I would definitely try it again. We got the Beef Rendang, a slow-cooked braised beef in coconut milk, herbs, and spices for dinner. This dish reminded me of similar dishes in Nigerian and Indian cuisine. Overall, I loved the taste of this dish the most! We also ordered the Special Fried Rice and Mix Vegetables with Seafood Rice. All orders came in sizeable portions to share and had fresh ingredients.

My first indonesian cuisine and it did not disappoint. The DJakarta noodles tasted amazing. I love all the toppings but wished there was more and the portion could have been bigger. Plus, the nasi goreng was delicious as well. I highly recommend this place when in the area.

I came from NYC cause Many times i heard from friends this place is really good if you look for Indonesian Taste, and it's true, really good taste wise and portion wise. This is the best NASI GORENG i've ever try in USA. I will look forward to try other dishes when i came back to Philly.

Authentic Indonesian food, delicious, reasonable price. We loved everything we ordered. It’s a small restaurant. Bubur ayam (chicken rice porridge) is so good. You must try the Mentega Udang goreng! It’s prepared the same way as I had it in Indonesia. Ikan Bakar (grilled fish) was also good. It’s cooked perfectly, crispy skin and moist meat. We couldn’t try the dessert because we were so full already. We’ll be back and try other dishes.

Authentic Indonesian cuisine, especially for those who have been there. Cafe design simple with traditional stuff decor and Stasiun Jakarta Kota and Monas painting on the wall. Nice ambience and friendly staff. Very patient answering any questions of details of ingredients used in the dishes.

Neighborhood restaurant that serves very good Indonesian food. Prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. It helps to have someone who is familiar with Indonesian cuisine to guide you through the menu. Lots of locals eating there attest that it is authentic/good. Enjoy. Parking is tough.
