Went to Eataly for lunch on a weekday and the place was buzzing with activity. As always, the food at Eataly meets the high bar that they set for themselves, and the experience enriches one's understanding about Italian food/culture. Everything was great, and the serving staff was extremely hospitable, checking in regularly despite the busyness of the restaurant. Really enjoyed the food, even though the Branzino was a bit hard to navigate with all the bones. Nonetheless, the server was patient and guided me on the best way to work through it. It was great and I would highly recommend it!

While this outpost of Eataly has the amazing food and market you may have experienced at other locations, it is smaller and has less options. That being said, it is still an amazing experience and worth going out of your way for and paying a bit of a premium for. First of all the view out of this location is just insane. It’s essentially a park/world trade center memorial view and it’s just beautiful. The interior is smaller than other locations but also seems to be a bit calmer and quieter which is a huge plus. We started off with the amazing cheese plate - deliciousness with every bite. I ordered the cacio y Pepe pasta which was made to absolute perfection. Service is incredibly good and they do a good job of matching your dining pace. I can’t wait to return next time I’m in NYC!

Went there for lunch. The service was wonderful. They serve bread and some olive oil before. The dishes were very good. Ravioli were absolute paradise. the tomato sauce was flavored perfectly. The softness and balance of ricotta and spinach- perfect. Gnocchi were delicious, but too much cheese and a portion was a bit exaggerated for this dish. The coffee was - omg- terrible.

If you’re in New York City Downtown and looking for good Italian food, look no further than Eataly! I highly recommend going to this place at least once, super delicious and tasty food. The pricing was quite affordable for the location and the service was absolutely spectacular! When I return to NYC, I’ll defiantly be back.

Summer cocktails for $10! Delicious food. Super nice staff. Nice view and comfortable seating. Like something? You can buy the ingredients in the same store to make it! Orrr just go back to the restaurant and reorder

Nice high-end goods, mostly from Italy, but also artisan selections from elsewhere. Their cheese selection is very nice. We were there early enough in the morning that many of the individuals mini shops were still setting up, which was pleasant because we could walk around without loads of shoppers. We stopped at the Lavazza coffee stand, where my husband ordered a black coffee and we split a Girella, a walnut and pecan caramel croissant. It was huge and FANTASTIC!

Great food! The fest deal was definitely worth it. The wine was ok for the price. A little disappointed with the service - my friend had his pizza in 30-40 min, and our food was served in different times, not at the same time. Hopefully this won’t repeat. Recommended

Had dinner here last night with a friend for the first time. The open floor design is very nice and if you're lucky enough to get a seat by the window the view is beautiful. The staff was friendly and kind. I had the butternut squash ravioli with sage butter. It was okay. The filling was sparse and the dough itself was undercooked. My friend enjoyed her lasagna and I def should have gone with that. It almost seemed like my dish waited under the heat lamp while the lasagna was being baked. Loved the store and the selection of imported goods. Very impressive stuff.
