We've stayed here several times and it's always amazing! The people were nice and friendly. Our room was a little warm so we called the front desk and they brought us a fan, they were very nice about it too! It's a beautiful hotel with an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub, a nice gym, a spa, a restaurant and a coffee shop, and the surrounding area is beautiful too. It's near The Rim which has some great restaurants, stores and a movie theater. It's also near Six Flags. There's a lot to do around the hotel!

Eilan was our 3rd stay in a Bluegreen, Christmas 2022. Overall we had fun, the cafe had really good breakfast grabs. The rooms were decent. The indoor pool was enough to keep my 3 sons entertained while we weren't out doing stuff. Fiesta Texas is right around the corner, get a season pass its worth the money. We were twice while we were there and going to use it more. 4 stars cause I really had and issue with the Valet service. Other than that we enjoyed it and are going back.

My boyfriend Chris Lane & I are consumers who recently had a two-night stay at this hotel, 02/11-02/13. I DO NOT recommend this hotel and will not be returning. The room was a little over $300/night. In my opinion it was not worth it. I do believe that price point is solely because of the location & aesthetic, nothing more. 1.) They did not have room service. Which I find to be a little strange at that price point. 2.) The housekeeping staff were extremely unprofessional. Check-out is at 10 am (with the option of requesting a later check out). However, the housekeeping staff seemed to be in a rush. Not sure if the hotel was overbooked but while we were sleeping, they used their key & forced themselves into our room in attempts to clean. The first time around 8 am, the second time around 8:30 and again around 10:30. When I called to the lobby to explain to Marie what was going on and how were were impacted she showed little to no concern & just stated that she would contact the housekeeping manager. Upon check-out, I spoke with the manager Shelby whom 1.) Blamed the issue on a miscommunication between the staff without taking any accountability 2.) Questioned the validity of my complaint by insinuating that it was impossible for housekeeping to come in at those times because they were “in a meeting” (I find this to be strange being that Shelby stated that other guests had complaints regarding the same issue that I described). 3.) Showed little to no empathy when I explained to her that I did not feel safe after the incidents. I was sleeping, and I had personal belongings and valuables inside the room. She then offered to discount the bill, which I believe she thought would make the situation okay. The bill was not the issue, however accountability, empathy, and quality customer service was. The staff did not represent the hotel in a positive way. This is why I will NOT be returning. I will be reaching out to the regional manager via Certified Mail and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Food is wonderful and the staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. The rooms leave much to be desired. I was here for almost three weeks and stayed in three different rooms, they moved me each week. The first room had black balled lint or something else in the sheets, a stained duvet and the AC did not work well. The second room had large stains on the headboard and had not been vacuumed. The third room was the cleanest but a tad small.

Room was perfect for me. Comfortable and clean, had everything I needed. I had a Spa massage treatment at their Spa that was beyond exceptional. It was expensive but worth it! I definitely recommend using their spa. Room was wonderful. Bathroom exceptional. Quiet. Very relaxing place. Hotel is beautiful.

What a beautiful place, they have everything you need in the little community that surrounds the hotel. The staff was awesome and so helpful. The food there is amazing, the rooms were clean and stocked with everything we needed. What a wonderful experience.

My first experience and I was immediately offended by the lobby receptionists' rudeness. The spa was absolutely beautiful however incredibly disappointed in with the hotel experience. A very rude staff made me feel as if I was a perpetrator to a crime, almost confrontational. I literally walked in and just wanted to walk out. My lady friend just encouraged me to calm down and watch my blood pressure because she could see that I was clearly upset. I had to speak to at least 4 other staff members before I ran into a pleasant staff member. I hate writing reviews like this but I was treated horrible by the front dest and customer service desk! Normally I don't let stuff like this bother me but, "come on, man...customer service and hospitality is very important." The valet staff was very kind and filled with smiles, the front desk no so much.

Lobby and spa were nice but the room was stale/dated/disheveled. We chose this location to splurge for our anniversary but for the same price there are other fancy options. I think next time we will just stay at a less fancy hotel since they all seem to be coming up in quality. This place also tries to sell you time share ownership and you can’t get a pool wrist band without letting them try to sell you. Just a crumby experience for a very high cost I’d say.
