My daughter and I had lunch here. The food is quite good, although if you prefer to eat vegan, as I do, the menu options are very limited. I had a bowl of celery root soup with chunks of pear poached in red wine. This was a good, filling soup. My daughter had a demi baguette and a cured mackerel salad. She said that both were delicious. The restaurant claims to use locally sourced foods, so my daughter asked about the lemon slices in her salad. The waitress said that they come from North Carolina, and that the restaurant uses local produce as much as possible, but a very few items must be brought in. All in all, it was a good lunch, and visiting the restaurant was well worth it.

I had a great time in your restaurant. Succulent dishes, I had the stripped bass and my hubby had the burger. Cocktails and wine were great, I loved the atmosphere, not too noisy for a busy night, very stylish and cozy. The service was immaculate. Definitely will come back.

Oh my. Where do I begin. First of all, they are open for lunch! Unheard of in Old City in these times (2022) even though the mandate lifted they are still asking to see vac cards. Which I didn’t mind and actually appreciated. If your still reading, here’s the good stuff. The service is wonderful!!! Like really really nice and professional. Ambiance was great. Food is Devine. I got a salad, side of bread and a beer. Everything was perfect. I very highly recommend.

We were lucky enough to have a reservation for Thanksgiving lunch. The staff were all very attentive and worked so hard to ensure a wonderful experience for everyone. The food was amazing . It was innovative without being too far from a traditional thanksgiving dinner! We have enough leftovers to keep us fed for days! Kudos to all of the staff who gave up their day to work.

Beautiful and trendy decor. Wait staff professional and attentive. Food was so so. Over spiced and favors lost in mass up of culinary ideas. Might have been a bad day. Ask lots of questions about the menu to ensure you get what you desire.

Fork sits in a small footprint with a very clean open kitchen along the back wall. It’s always fun seeing everyone buzzing back there, and the BOH staff looked like they enjoyed what they do. The staff and service was exceptional. They were very attentive without being annoying, which is admittedly a fine line. The menu is small, only 6 entrees and a variety of sides and smaller plates. It does have the default burger for anyone not interested in the more obscure meal choices. Notably they also have a vegetarian option. I appreciated that they offer both a sharing size, 3 meat charcuterie and the option to get any one of the three for a lower price. I had the pork and duck pate which was good. The mustard was very spicy and made in house. Burger was not my favorite. The cheese, sauce, onion pepper mix weren’t what I expected and didn’t sit well with me. That was no fault of theirs, but fries being very over cooked was. A server at a different table overheard me and inquired what was wrong. I sent it back and they apologized several times even though it was no one’s fault. It was evident that they really cared about my experience. My wife had the striped bass and the carrots. She loved every bite of them. We had the coconut custard and the cheese cake for dessert. Both choices were lovely. Overall a nice place with great service. If Philly didn’t have a million restaurants to try, we would definitely come back.

I was here for my sisters rehearsal dinner. The service and staff were absolutely great! I had higher expectations for food for this place though. The chicory salad was made of bitter leaves and not any additional lettuce leaves or what you would consider traditional salad. I could barely eat it. The butternut squash soup was okay, I could have made it more flavorful. The steak was delicious, however many people in our party ordered medium-well or well done. It was close to rare, very if not all pink inside and brown on the outside. A few of us asked to cook it more and it was brought back to us still very pink. They didn’t see to understand medium-well (very little pink) or well done (no pink). The striped bass was very tasty. The basque cheesecake dessert was dry and kind of burnt, the chocolate pot de creme was okay, was like brownie mix with cream, the coconut custard was a great hit with many people. So overall was a great experience with great service. Our food selection was limited as it was a private event…just thought for the fanciness of the place the food would be 5 star for each item. So room for improvement and cooking steak ? to customers request and normal standard.

Food 9/10 The duck was outstanding, super tender and loved the touch of spice and honey glaze. Not too crispy skin, paired well with the tomatoes, peppers, and duck chorizo. The sauce was great, but wished there were a bit more vegetables. The plating was magnificent as well. My friend ordered the soft shell crab, and that was so so good as well, really recommend those two dishes! We also got the Boss Fog and Old Fashioned, the boss fog was quite delicious, tasted a little bit like yakult or yogurt. The Old Fashioned was just a typical one, nothing too amazing. Atmosphere 8/10 Nice interior, I really liked the lights, high ceilings made it feel very spacious. Also had wifi! Service 10/10 Super friendly and accommodating, great at explaining the dishes and giving recommendations, attentive service!
