We loved it - party of 12 with kids. Dinner in phili was amazing!! Loved the decor/ absolutely delicious drinks. Had the cod and it was soft and melted in the mouth. Do not miss the desert… banana pudding with cardamom. Read some other reviews and had to put feedback :) had great experience! Romantic and family style.

Excellent food, perfectly cooked, with rich flavors. My beef cheek was melting and the scallops were seared very well, they were huge, very fresh and very tasty. I visited for restaurant week and I would probably visit again. The 4 stars are for the service. Not extremely welcoming, not extremely friendly. Train your servers better if you want to be considered a proper fine dining establishment. Just take them to Vetri's Cucina. They will experience what excellent service is.

All 3 courses were great and wonderful plated. Unfortunately they charge a hidden fee under the guise of gratuity (party of 2) which is not optional. Nowhere is this disclosed online or during the reservation booking process. Only when this was questioned on the bill the staff pointed to a small line of text on the BACK of the menu. The management did reach out to explain their reasoning but ultimately stood by their decision of not disclosing the extra charges in advance.

Amazing, amazing…AH-mazing. In quaint Old City, this modern European/French restaurant gave us the experience of a lifetime. We recently got engaged and as a part of their “proposal package”, we had the opportunity to rent out the restaurant (on an off day) and have a fully customized, personal dinner just us two. Chef Chris is not just a culinary genius but a truly kind man that made this special evening one we’ll never forget. From picking the music, the menu, photos, we felt like royalty and family simultaneously. Thank you Chef Chris (and Lauren!) for the most unforgettable evening. We cannot wait to come back.

Relaxing place with attentive service and excellent food. Finely prepared dishes with simple flavors. The sirloin with maitaka mushrooms was outstanding. The corn beignets were served warm with lemon butter and melted in your mouth. The chocolate au ruhm was a delight. For a quiet, special evening, this is a wonderful place.

Great place for fine dining. I found the menu a little limited and so the wine list. The food was good with great ingredients but not amazing, I was expecting more from a French Cuisine.

Delicious dinner at Forsythia for my bf and I’s anniversary. Everything was delicious! Highly recommend. We started with the Wagyu Beef Tartare Tartine which definitely set everything off to a wonderful start and got us super excited for the rest of the dishes. We followed up with the Blanquette De Lapin for Two which did not disappoint. For dessert we went for the Baba au Rhum which of course was delicious. Will definitely have to go back and try out other dishes for sure. Shoutout to our amazing waiter Seth and compliments to the chef and team :)

We started out with Corn & Truffle Beignets. This was excellent and my favorite course. We than had the Miso roasted eggplant, good not memorable. I had Scallops, small plate. Would not have been enough to eat alone. My friend had duck. Dessert cheesecake. All good. All above average not spectacular except for the beignets and bread.
