Met a friend here for happy hour and it was a great experience. Have never been there and wanted to enjoy a couple of glasses of wine and a couple of appetizers. The wine was good, the food was delicious, and the hospitality great! Will be returning soon! Thanks for the service.

Service was a tad slow but it was the Thanksgiving rush. Despite initial miscues, the staff regained composure and treated our group to a wonderful. The food itself was delicious, as always. Most of us had the turkey plate, but the ones who tried different options (halibut, lamb chops, etc. had nothing but compliments on their choices.

I have been going here since they opened. Food has been constantly wonderful for all these years. The wine choices are unbelievable, they have all wines at a good price point. Their salmon and steaks are my family's favorites. Service is always exemplary and wait staff make you feel like you are only customer in restaurant. Always a joy when I have a meal here.

Looking at the little strip mall this is located in, you wouldn't assume you'd find a real French restaurant. It's got all the classics, from escargot to terrine cake to local market fresh fish cooked several different ways. They also have a full bar and wine pairings for your meal. Make sure to dress nice as they do have a business casual dress code.

Frederick's serves finely prepared foods with highly attentive service. The atmosphere is a bit 'old school', but you just can't beat the quality. This is a tried and true, go to location for very good reason!

I usually don’t leave poor reviews but I feel like I have to be honest about our experience. First of all, the online menu was not what was actually available which was a little disappointing. When we first walked in we thought it was a very nice restaurant bordering a fine dining experience, well that was quickly put to rest when the waitress came to our table and literally DUMPED our silverware out of a napkin into a pile in the middle of our table. It caught me off guard but I surely thought she was going to set the table after that. Nope, she just walked away leaving a pile of silverware in the middle of the table. She then proceeded to go set several other (empty) tables for about 15 minutes and completely ignored us. Fortunately another waiter came over to take our drink order. At this point we were confused who our server was. He was nice and ended up taking our food order as well. About 10 minutes later the waitress came back asking for our drink order to which we told her we already ordered from the other gentleman and she scoffed and walked off. We get our appetizers, food, and never did she return to ask how the food was or if we needed more drinks. No refills on water either. We signaled the male waiter for the check thinking he might have taken over but no, he told our waitress we were waiting for the check. She never came to the table. We had to stand up and walk to the bar to get her attention for the check and then she still managed to disappear for 5 minutes to process my card. Never said a word or asked how the food was. The entrees were mediocre as well (but the soup was pretty great). I really hope this is a one off since the reviews are really good. I was really looking forward to eating here but we will absolutely not be returning. Thank you to the one nice server there who actually cared. That lady needs to be fired, seriously. I haven’t had a dining experience that bad in years and for paying over $100 for lunch I am pretty frustrated with the complete lack of service and poor quality of food.

Me and hubby went there for an early Valentine's celebration, they have reservations, place is small about 16 tables, which make the atmosphere romantic and cozy. We order the baked oysters, Duck at La'Orange and New York steak, everything was delicious, service was good, we will definitely go back!!
