The restaurant provided excellent service. Our bartenders were Reina and Alan and they attended us so well! They brought us chips and salsa and served us quick and with smiles. Great atmosphere and great view! Drinks were great too!

Good view above the city, albeit slightly obstructed. Not crowded. Parking available down (across) the street in an underground parking lot. Drinks were ok. I ordered loaded tot-chos that were surprisingly great (with a kick!). Seems like a cool place to chill with friends, if you're not necessarily trying to impress them. Just getting away from ground level, I'd you know what I mean. Bring a jacket, it's cold up there (we went in the evening).

Ruined my birthday breakfast! Absolutely terrible experience! We paid for the breakfast vouchers through The Porto vista. We were told we could get anything from the breakfast menu by the front desk. Went, ordered and we’re never asked for vouchers. Menu didn’t mention vouchers. Finished eating went to pay with vouchers. We’re told the vouchers covered some sort of meal off menu. Said we had to pay full price. Manager lady was extremely rude and disrespectful. Cut me off and yelled at me repeatedly. Wouldn’t even listen. Horrendous experience for my birthday. I would not recommend anyone go to this restaurant with horrible management. If I could give it less than one star I would.

Leaves a lot to the imagination. Very basic low turnover food menus. Chef is wonderful and tries his best with the low number of orders and keep the quality up. The service is not even comparable it’s not a restaurant but a old bar with frozen rehab’d frozen food. Bartender did his best to handle all customers. Donovan did a good job.

Really enjoyable dining experience in a pleasant part of downtown. 4th floor, so when the sun sets on the west-caving balcony you'll want a hat so that you can actually see. without getting blinded. A new building is going up right across the street, and it will block half of the view, but look to the left and right and you'll still get a good vista. Also, there is a long row of seating which works well for couples, but not so good for conversation with larger parties. Unique choices of foods, for example an appetizer of bacon-wrapped dates. There is plenty to choose from for special diets. Salmon was fantastic and came with tons of veggies and quinoa.

Great views! Food and cocktails were spot on. Food selection not the best. Service was perfect. I'll be back. Awesome location.

Came here with my best friend and we loved it, the view was just amazing! A great reminder of why we live in San Diego! Also, the staff is great. Especially Nico the server, he was sweet & super fun! Garrett at the bar was on point as well & great drink variety! You need to go check it out for yourself!
