A very central location. Accessible to the river walk area. Stayed for 4 days for a conference and loved it. The rooms have motion sensing lights in the floor to help you move around in the dark. It was a nice view from the top floor. We got upgraded rooms for the 10 min wait at the checking counter. The pool and gym facilities were great. Highly recommended.

For a chain hotel, this was a very nice stay. Room was quite clean with a nice chair and desk and very convenient to the convention center which is right next door. Was fortunate to stay on a rather high floor with great views of the surrounding downtown area. It was very quiet and the room was far from the elevator. Unfortunately, the refrigerator was not working, but luckily did not need it. Nice lobby, Perks is a nice grab and go cafe. There is also a bar with patio and a Ruth Chris's Steakhouse. Did not have time to visit the fitness room but I'm sure it's nice.

Great place to stay if you are attending anything at the conventions center. The river walk is right there, the convention center entrance is there. They have a bar and restaurant connected at the bottom, the rooms are clean and the interior design is fresh and welcoming. The pool is lovely, the gym is much more than expected normally at a hotel. The staff is wonderful- they are kind and helpful, even when you need feminine products or something of that nature. Well priced also.

Overall the hotel is very nice. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. It's also a convenient location for business meetings since it's attached to the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention center. It's within walking distance to the Riverwalk so there's plenty of food nearby. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't serve breakfast which would've been nice since the Convention center lines get long that time of morning. You also have to request new towels daily as housekeeping only comes in once every 4 days I do believe. Other than that I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is nice and in a good location. For the price you pay, I kind of expected to be able to drink the water bottle in my room for free, but it was $2. Also, parking at the hotel is not included in $47 a night is pretty steep. Do yourself a favor and take a short walk to hemisphere parking garage where we parked for $15 instead. There wasn't anything wrong, but there was definitely nothing special. I could have paid half the price and stayed at the Best Western or Holiday Inn for about the same level of amenities and comfort.

I was staying here for a conference. My friend and I were supposed to come but ultimately she was unable to attend. The hotel was booked under her so we spent an hour on the phone making sure we had things arranged. When I arrived. There were zero notes in the computer. I talked to 2 associates and a manager and not only were they unhelpful but just generally uncaring. I was forced to put my bags with the bell hops and walk around San Antonio for 3 hours while we waited for them to process a form that had already been submitted but was unable to be found. I was instructed by front desk staff on how to fill out this form and this was followed, however when I returned they said it was incorrect and I was required to pay an incidentals fee on another card even though it was authorized on the original. When I was finally able to check in the bell hop who was extremely nice and helpful. I was then contacted again by the front desk staff because somehow they didn’t know when I was checking out. The room was decent and very clean, but you could tell it was worn in many places. In my opinion I expected much more from a 4 star hotel. The location is great. The amenities are nothing special. The customer service is poor.

The hotel is nice, but $47 for parking is a little much considering you are a guest and there's places close by for $10-15. The gym is very nice! But when I went there was a large family gathering in the gym and there were kids sitting on some machines. The pool was nice and heated. No breakfast included, as it is with most pricier hotels. I am a world of Hyatt member but didn't really feel any more special than any other person except for the free water. They have a simulated golf, but it seems they reserve it to people not staying at the property (as they do with parking) so it was fully booked for my stay. Overall it was okay but nothing I'd be too excited to come back to.

First time having experience @ business center they charging for using computer I never had experience before guest has to pay for using their computer. It’s not matter of $10-$15 dollars, it’s look like they just want took money some how Please add $10 more on room rent and give free business center access for the guest. Much appreciated if they provide bit more quality toilet paper. It’s not 4 start standard. Other than cleaning and services are excellent
