"Lady on the phone was rude and impatient, but driver was okay. Definitely charged a couple of dollars more than necessary. Car was clean, driver was nice enough. Called again, lady on the phone was rushing and rude and got my address wrong. No cab ended up showing up so I missed my train. Overall, decent cab service but not reliable. The lady who answers the phone is not friendly and far too focused on getting off the phone with you than getting your information right. I'd use this service for a last minute or causal thing but not for something important or urgent. It's just not reliable."
