It's a smallish bistro but serves amazing pastries, sandwiches, pastas and yes pizzas.. seriously! Stayed in Franklin Apartments for more than 2 months and this is a good place for morning coffee etc especially when the weather is better, sitting outside. When it was colder like now we ordered rake aways for dinner and pastas n pizzas were v good especially the latter which come in a pretty big size good for 3 pax. We love the almond and salted maple croissants.. yummy!!

Looked up what's good in Philly since it's my first time here....found this restaurant as a James beard foundation recommendation! Ordered the roast pork sandwich. Wow. It was fantastic! Mix with lean & fatty pork, with broccoli rabe, and provolone. Yup...ate every last bit.

I had to come here because I had a fantastic beef burger at Philadelphia Distilling and found out that they used the burger bun from High Street Philly. I got classic egg and cheese, and as I expected, it was so, so, so good! I wish they'd open a branch in DC, so I can taste this amazing bread on a regular basis. The bread was clearly freshly baked, and it was so soft and tasted so good. + Super friendly staff! I was a bit surprised because the place was different from the photos I saw on Google; they only had one table indoors and a few outdoor seating areas. It seems like they downsized the restaurant after the COVID outbreak. I hope they can expand their business again soon!

Ordered pizza. It looked amazing. Went to take a bite and the whole bottom was burnt. It was too late to go back and I knew that they had run out of pizza that night. Ingredients were good quality. But not worth $3 each for the amount you got. See pictures for proof.

Everything was creatively delectable! We had the dill potato salad, caramelized onion and parmesan scone, and spelt pappardelle for lunch. After tasting how delicious everything was, we ordered creamy mushroom soup, pastrami on rye, and wontons to bring home for dinner. Everything was amazing. Our server (regrettably, I forgot to ask for her name) was perfectly perky and percipient. This was a great spot and we can't wait to go back.

I called ahead for the high street hoagie and it was ready for pickup within 15 minutes during lunch hour. The sandwich tasted amazing and it was enough to save half for later! Would definitely recommend.

Cute little pastry shop. Truly Amazing breakfast sandwiches and pastries. Generous size sandwiches and very flavorful. No variety of coffees to choose from but the house blend is sufficient. Would definitely stop here again if I am in Philly and would highly recommend.

Really small but bustling cafe. If you’re planning to eat in and inside be warned that there are only two 2-seaters inside and they are next to the constantly opening door. I ordered the squash and stracciatella pizza and it was sooo delicious. Highly recommend.
