My friend wanted ramen so we looked up ramen places in the area and found this place. There were very few seats but luckily we were seated right away. The takowasa was good and fresh. My friend had the tonkatsu ramen and said the noodles had a nice texture. I had the spicy salmon donburi. I asked for sauce separately but they said the spicy mayo is already mixed in. I also asked if they had brown rice and they said "no." This is not a good place if you want healthy food but if you're trying to satisfy your ramen craving, this is it. They serve alcohol which is a plus. Just be prepared to stand outside if there are no seats available.

Very fast for a quick lunch break. You’re literally in & out of there. The service is super smooth and quick. Only thing I wish they did better is the flavours. Amazing ingredients but overall it didn’t give me a WOW feeling.

I was really impressed with the ramen from Kuu, especially at the price point (around $15). Appetizers were also superb—the chicken was amazing, pork bun was delicious, and fries were well-seasoned (not pictured). Personally wouldn’t order the hand roll again, but only because the other dishes were so good.

Best ramen I've ever had! This was a small restaurant but it was clean and the service was fast! The pork belly buns were fantastic, very tender and flavorful. They were fresh tasting with the veggies but had a lot of balancing flavors with the sauces Spicy tuna handroll was also very flavorful. The tuna was chopped and was not overpowered by the rice. Classic handroll done very well Spicy Tonkotsu Miso was the best ramen I've ever had hands down. The broth was an incredible savory mix that was to die for. The pulled pork was tender and the egg was still slightly soft in the middle, allowed for that creamy texture to balance everything. I loved the spice here, it was present but not overpowering by any means. Overall a 5/5 for cleanliness, service, and flavor!

Pretty averagely decent ramen in a small cute place. I liked the chewiness of the noodles and the flavor was good, although slightly too salty. I didn’t like the bamboo shoots, thought it tasted like it came straight from a can

Wonderful food, amazing and caring employees, good prices, awesome vibe! Kuu ramen is a simple welcoming spot to have a tasty meal any time of the year! The donburi bowls and hand rolls are my favorite, but the ramen is also delicious! Highly recommend!!

This place was FANTASTIC!!! We stopped here on our vacation in New York & it surpassed my expectations. The food was delicious & unbelievably tasty. They need to open a place in CO! Go here, whether you're visiting or live there!
