It has been over ten years since I’ve dined at a Margaritaville Restaurant. This experience may be an indicator as to why. The food quality and value were both poor. My table ordered two items, chicken tenders with fries and key lime pie. The fries were cold, the chicken didn’t look or taste fresh and the key lime pie was dry and resembled an artificial plastic like slice of pie. When I asked our server Ramey if the pie came from a box, he stated that it was baked fresh on site. ? Oh well. We tried. Great location, good music, fast and friendly service!

Went for lunch with my wife on a Saturday it was both of our first time there and seemed like a nice place to go. We ordered the fried pickles for an appetizer, and they came out very hot. I had the Cheeseburger in Paradise with Onion rings and my wife had the Chicken sandwich with fries. We also had 2 mixed drinks and 2 waters. Our bill came out to $90. First of all, the burger was dry, and the onion rings that came with it were few for the over $15.00 we paid for the burger. My wife said that her chicken sandwich was also dry and void of any flavor what so ever. I had a small taste of her sandwich, and she was correct it had no flavor and was dry, like it had sat there for a while. The mixed drinks we had were okay, but they seemed overly sweet with syrup flavor. My overall opinion of this place is that the food and drinks are way overpriced. The atmosphere seemed blah for such a well-known brand. We should have gone to Chili's. The wait staff seemed too busy for our table for two, and we kept having to ask for stuff that should have been provided to us, like utensils and napkins. When we were leaving, the hostess station seemed uninterested in any of the customers leaving or coming in.

I’d never been, and was a little underwhelmed. Everything was fine, good service, the food was pretty good, and the drinks were strong. I’m not sure if my imagination about what the experience would be like, ruined my actual visit, but it was just ok. I had the fish and chips, the fries are absolutely awful. Just frozen, unseasoned boring French fries. The fried pickles were greasy and the ranch dressing is mediocre. I probably won’t ever return.

As soon as I stepped into Margaritaville it was disgusting dirty spider webs you could smell the funk in the air Super disappointed the seafood tastes like it was like a TV dinner from your local grocery store ! if I could put a half a star no a quarter of a star I would ! ! I will never go back again in my life time !!!! super disappointed! Do not waste your time and especially your money ! I could go on more and more about the service had a send back my food had to send back my beer tasted funky asked for a margarita took 20 minutes to do that and there was nobody there hardly 7-7-22

Not really impressed. The salmon was dry, which means it was overcooked. I'm from Seattle... I know about salmon. The waitress was nice, but that's about it. Didn't have any alcoholic beverages... I think that's more of their specialty.

We had excellent service despite telling our server we were unsure if we would order more than an appetizer.   The Key West Chicken Quesadilla was surprisingly packed with finely shredded chicken. It was nicely crisp as well. Very tasty! Accompanying it was pico, sour cream, guacamole, and tortilla chips. However, the tortilla chips seemed out of place. It felt like perhaps we were supposed to have salsa.

Good location. Too pricey, low quality food and small portions. We spent $70 for 2 meals with no drinks! Food is greasy and sauces were too salty. I ended using ketchup instead. No silverware and they gave us ridiculous soft, small pastic forks as you can see in the picture. They bend when trying to grab or cut the meat.. Service is okay but needs improvement. Bathroom with broken sink. Definitely not returning.

Great atmosphere. Food is not bad and presentation is excellent. Salsa with chips some of best around. Only thing did not like was the pickled Jalapeños Like fresh better. Also, Volcano was little short on lava.
