Delicious weekend brunch. Menu has plenty of offerings from fruit and yogurt to cheeseburger. We sat outside and “People watched” from the sidewalk. The breakfast pizza was delicious and the cheese wasn’t overwhelming which was nice. The Cesar salad dressing tasted authentic and yummy. Fries were great! The dessert menu looked amazing but we were stuffed. Our server Cesar was exceptional and super friendly. Great ambiance for girl’s brunch, family or couples.

Visited for dinner and was pleasantly surprised by the calm atmosphere inside compared to the hectic atmosphere on the street. The food was good and the drinks were great. The waiter isn't well aware of the menu, they could use a training on their menu to their staff. Otherwise a great place, would definitely recommend it

Chef Vicent is amazing. Wonderful restaurant with a creative menu. The staff is friendly and the food is exceptional. We attended a dinner for Stags' Leap Winery. Every dish was perfectly paired with the wines. The next night we hosted a cocktail reception at Provisional Kitchen. First class! Highly recommended.

The wife and I were in San Diego w/her parents and they put us in charge of brunch the next day, so I went online and found this spot. It looked very nice inside and had good ratings, so that's where we went. It is part of a hotel, and as we walked up, we were greeted by the host and sat right away. For drinks I had a margarita and the wife and mother in law had mimosas. Both were good. The waiter initially forgot about my drink, but after I reminded him, he brought it over and said it was on the house, which was nice. We all ordered breakfast...the father in law had the pendry breakfast, which he enjoyed. The mother in law created her own omelet which she also enjoyed. The wife had the provisional egg sandwich. She liked it and said it was very crispy. She also ordered a side of pesto aioli breakfast potatoes, which she thought was ok, I thought they were pretty good, but I wouldn't eat a lot of it. I also had the provisional egg sandwich w/o the avocado. I also enjoyed the sandwich. We all enjoyed this spot, and next time we're in the area, we will definitely go back and try other things. Service was also good.

Stayed at the pendry for 4 days and ate downstairs at provisional a couple times. Good vibe, food, and drinks. Great service, esp Nam for helping us girls with long nails opening those little Tabasco bottles.

My friends and I did a birthday brunch at Provisional and of course we did the bottomless mimosas. The mimosas were the highlight, but all the food we got was delicious as well. Nam was an amazing waiter, the whole staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the breakfast pizza!!

Cool space, clean, bright, open kitchen with modern spins on some classics. The cheese and charcuterie board was a bit lacking but overall it was a good time. Nice date night!

Had breakfast on the patio and was bowled over by the service and quality of the food. The cacio e pepe toast was simply amazing. So unique and delicious with softly scrambled eggs, lots of black pepper and fresh parmesan. If you like the pasta by the same name, you must try this dish. Service was outstanding. Can't wait to come back and check out the dinner menu.
