"I have always found the health care provided by the Doctors’s here helpful, friendly and efficient. Use the online form now and can generally get dealt with quickly. Nurses always helpful, receptionist have to deal with a lot of problems but are generally helpful if you smile and are polite!"
"I have been with queensway surgery for a while now and must admit that at first they really messed up. I was even considering taking legal action against them at one point for negligence. But since this pandemic hit they have really got their act together. My medication is spot on and they cannot be more helpful if they tried, the reception staff are always friendly and keen to help too. A total turn around and one for the better. We'll done to all the staff at queensway."
"Staff here are rude & just blame everyone but themselves. No help, no appointments. Staff need to be fired, they couldn't care less about anything other then making false promises, blaming patients or their machines."
