Ordered a caniac with no coleslaw and extra toast. I received 4 pieces of chicken, which were barely large enough to even call full pieces. I miss when canes was good. To wait in line for over 30 minutes just to get my order wrong, I won’t be coming back, which is a shame cause it’s one of the few decent fast food places near me. Tried to call and there was no answer to fix the issue, I guess I’ll just eat that money loss ?‍♀️

Super nice staff, good fast food, and a convenient location. At a rush time the drive-through tends to get busy, so the entrance from 7th Street may get cluttered/blocked -- just something to keep on mind. However, this team has it figured out, they speed up the process as needed, bringing an order taker (who can also process payments) outside to the drive-through line. Good stuff.

Extremely disappointed in the food I got when I came here last. My partner and I went through the drive through and we both ordered caniac combo boxes. When we opened them up we were in disbelief. The tenders were absurdly small to the point of it being laughable(pictures provided). They were the size of McDonald chicken nuggets. On top of that they were over cooked to the point of having a hard outside. Just for fun, we waited to get home to eat so we could weigh the tenders, and each box came to around 3oz of chicken. A huge ripoff for the price and advertised pictures. If I didn’t know any better I would say it was a prank. Maybe it was just a bad batch of tenders, but nonetheless I don’t plan on coming back here again.

I don’t usually give five stars for fast food but this is an exception. I’ve heard about this place, friend Z. Mr had a bad experience in Orange County California but I didn’t listen fortunately because the one here in Phoenix Arizona was awesome. It’s quick friendly and to the point. A little loud inside with your music but that’s the generation should be like lol. The restaurant insiders and pick up we clean for 1 PM in the afternoon I got here about 45 minutes ago. Everybody’s busy and they’re saying. The chicken is out of this world. I thought I was just overly hungry but that wasn’t it. It’s excellent perfectly cooked chicken fries bread and a soda at her 10 bucks. Four pieces of chicken tenders fries coleslaw and a soda very impressed with the restaurant I don’t have a photo because I hate it too fast. I will spread the word and be a loyal customer

This place is not as good as it used to be. The strips are a lot smaller, this one is barely bigger than a Burt’s bees chapstick. The chicken is chewy/rubbery. I’d rather go to Popeyes. Also, the people working the drive through don’t listen and you have to repeat yourself, this has happened on numerous occasions.

I got the box combo with 4 chicken tenders, subbed the slaw for extra toast obviously. Always fresh always a pleasure! Though I must say the lemonade doesn’t hit as hard as it used to …le sigh

Got a hankering for some chicken fingers and being a card carrying Craniac Club member it was time to celebrate my Caine's anniversary with a free combo box. Love the Texas toast and Craniac sauce this location is always pretty busy. Sweet tea, lemonade, and finger lickin chicken fingers.

Always fantastic food. We got the tailgate, which was perfect for 8 of us. We add coleslaw n bread...and some fries. Face it, they are simply a sauce delivery mechanism. I didn't think I needed to ask for forks when ordering coleslaw, but apparently you do here. ( glad we took it home to eat and not a picnic). Note. Crinkle Fries are usually soft, not crisp, at any canes we've been to.
