San Antonio Food Bank

Excellent experience, we come at work one/twice a year, and we always have so much fun. It never disappoints ,they put music, clean bathrooms, water, the locations is centric. The staff is super friendly. It easy to drive, plenty of parking, it feels good to give to those in need!!!

Very fun and even a little time can help lots of people. This is a good way to get community service hours for NHS or college. You never have the same experience. You have many options to volunteer like in the kitchen, the garden, and sorting many items.

It was amazing. If you never been over there you need to try it. People are welcome and they have many good stuff.

We (my wife and kids) just came to help out and volunteer. Nothing but. We enjoyed our time and have done so on numerous occasions. We will return to do our part for the community again.

The people are super awesome!! I was there as a volunteer but the staff work both sides, with the volunteers and as community help. We helped bag up 12,000lbs of food. This place was such an amazing experience for us

My church group and I got a chance to help make over 13000 meals in about a 3 hour time frame. They have the pallets, food, boxes, and more! The place was clean and well laid out. The group leaders were very nice and respectful. I'm thankful for the opportunity and encourage others to go individually or as a group!

I come here to get assistance in applying for SNAP benefits. Most of my visits have been wonderful. Jade was a great person to work with. Another lady, who unfortunately, i cannot remember her name, was also great to work with. They also help with food if needed. I am very grateful for this facility. Without it I would be lost...

Took my 9 year old granddaughter Isabella. Bella loved her 4 hour volunteer time among getting to make new friends and with her favorites farm animals.
