Shake Shack Fulton Transit CTR - Manhattan

I really like Shake Shack, I even have other reviews about it. But must say the food is not the only important thing in a restaurant business. The entire environment, service, the attention the employees gives to the customer must be considered. And this last point is just ignored in this branch of Shake Shack. Looks to me the employees don't want to be there, they just don't care, it is like... "What ever". It is really a shame. Maybe they need some training, I don't know, but the client should be the center of the business, but here it is not.

Tried the Hot Ones collab menu. Forgot how relatively smaller Shake Shack burgers are vs. others. The spicy bacon chicken burger was better than the beef. Fries and milkshake were good as always. Service crew was nice & polite.

First time came to know no vegetarian options even with the shroom burger. All the patties are fried in the same oil as chicken/beef. One of the team members was SO generous to accommodate us with our strictly vegetarian options to avoid cross-contamination. Highly appreciated the generosity. The burgers did not disappoint. They are not too saucy and the taste is perfect. Their burgers are smaller than other places but it works for us. The place is busy at lunch hour but tables are available quickly. Staff cleans the tables right away. Food was ready in 5 minutes.

After hearing so much about Shak Shak, this was my first experience there, maybe I arrived with too high expectations. The drinks are not refill, the fries was quite small and the hamburger was very fat.

We went to this shake shack branch at 9pm and got out order in and we were just waiting for our food. We sat down at 9:06pm and one of the staff came up to us to leave when we get our order because he said they are closing soon. He then put a block to prevent other people from dining in.

Good Burger and fries, but the size of burger is not compared to the price. Unfortunately because the taste is good and better a common fast (consider that it is at the same level of a BK/MCdonald in Italy, where the fast food are at a good level of price/quality). Anyway, if you are hungry, choose the double.

The location is good the restaurant system also but in my opinion Shake Shack is overrated. All the burgers and the fries are pricey and they were not extraordinary tasty. We had better burger then those during our week of NYC.
