Its Shake Shack, so there isn't anything out of the ordinary here. Burgers were good, fries were perfect, the cheese sauce is always satisfying! My only issue was getting a shake. I love that there system can somehow predict how unhealthy I am and no matter what shake I tried to order, it wouldnt allow me to place the order on the system in store. I can order anything else, but when I checked out with a shake, it would error out my order... Yes, I could've just went to the register, but I took this as fate telling me to back off the damn calories…

It was ok. They could do better on the prep like lettuce and tomatoes. Tasted ok. But it was a quick grab anyway... but you get what you pay for, right???‍♀️

Nice and cozy place near the hotels. I tried the hot dog, bacon avocado chicken and cheese fries.

We decided to come here after watching a live dance show in another part of the city and before heading to the bar that Thursday night. We ordered using the computer monitors and they came after a few minutes of waiting. That night, many people were glued to the local baseball event shown on TV monitors. We are from somewhere and we enjoyed our burger meals. They were good.

It wasn't very busy but it took a very long time for our food to come out to us. I used the app to get notifications but I didn't get the notice that our food was ready, I had to walk up to the counter multiple times to see where our food was. Overall, the food was very good, the atmosphere was great. Large setting areas with TVs to watch while waiting.

I love Shake Shack but this location is bit inconsistent with the quality of their smash burgers. Afternoons are great but evenings/nights has been a hit or miss. 1 out of the 5 times I’ve ordered in the evenings/nights, the burger is over cooked and a bit dry. Not sure if this is due to training or employee not caring.

I know everyone is different, but I don't understand the negative reviews. My hamburger was delicious and the fries were hot and crispy. I enjoyed it so much I went back the next day for lunch.

I've been to a quite a few Shake Shacks in NYC including the original one in Madison Square Park, around D.C., etc. Right away I got the same vibes from the atmosphere. The self service kiosks are convenient to use. The quality of the Shack Burger is exactly as I expected! Sure no 2 ever looks the same and I know this is subjective but they all taste great! I will be back when I'm in the area.
