Where do I even begin? The Edgemont is a hidden gem of a place that I happened upon when I was hungry and in the area, and it's one I'll make the drive back to just to experience again! The staff was incredibly friendly, and I got to speak to the owners while I was there. Both were super helpful and made me feel like a valued customer, and the other staff was wonderful as well! If I had an issue, I know they'd take care of it. It's a gorgeous restaurant/café, offering breakfast food, sandwiches that are to die for (I ordered the Carver, and it was delicious!), coffee, alcoholic drinks, and more! The atmosphere is wonderful and relaxing, and is a place I look forward to returning to next time I need to study. The prices were reasonable, and honestly I'd have gladly paid more for the delicious food I received! It was hot (where applicable), fresh, and made with love. In case you didn't know, they moved locations last year, so many of the older reviews don't reflect the current restaurant. It's a noticeable upgrade. They have an outdoor patio and plenty of indoor space, and they also offer take-out and catering! They can and will validate your parking. Just make sure you park in the 2800 garage so they can help you! It's conveniently right behind the restaurant. It was an amazing experience after I'd had a stressful day, and I look forward to returning very soon. The only possible complaint I could have is that more people aren't talking about it! Spread the word, the Edgemont is cozy, inviting, and simply exceptional!

So I don't normally write reviews but with how positive my experience was here I felt like I had to. Simply put the coffee was absolutely amazing. Maybe the best I've ever had. The breakfast pizza was also amazing. And the customer service was ever better. This place is absolutely awesome and I definitely will be back!

Just as soon as you walk through the doors you get the family atmosphere and vibe. The house is a historical home.we decided to sit at the bar and immediately Cheryl the owner greeted us like we were very close friends. We had the voodoo chicken sandwich which was the house special. A very fresh and flavorful sandwich. Great selection of craft beers. Offers a very nice patio which is dog friendly.

What a great little place! Fantastic service, delicious food, cool atmosphere. A regular patron said the odd layout is because it used to be a bookstore! Feels like a sweet little neighborhood "best kept secret." So glad we found it!!

Awesome food and atmosphere! There was live music during my visit, and The Office playing behind the bar where I was seated was another huge plus and great for conversation. Friendly staff as well. Good food (try the chocolate cake!) I highly recommend. :)

The food was wonderful, I ordered the carver sandwich on wheat and it was amazing that I had to order the other half. The soup was a little on the cold side but still enjoyable. The building itself was very old school, kinda historic; my only complaint would be the location its kinda awkward getting into but otherwise a good experience.
