Out of this world flavor! The wrap, the bowl, the BAKLAVA, ALL AMAZING. The restaurant was clean, the staff was quick and friendly. The menu is simple and easy to decide I LOVE IT. Know what you are good at and YOU HAVE PERFECTED IT. I will be back.

Had a chance to try them since they were close to my hotel down the street. I usually like to order a couple things to give a place a fair chance at not just 1 item but sometimes 2 or 3. I ordered the chicken wrap and the lamb bowl. The chicken honestly didn't taste like it had any flavor. All I could taste was the sauce and lettuce. Very disappointing The bowl was good but not the best. I've had better at halal guys but I guess that's why they have several hundred stores nationally. If it came down to them or halal guys I'd choose halal guys. 30 dollars for a bowl, wrap and wrap is a bit excessive. For 8-10 dollars less u can get the same thing at a few other places. Like I said, they are alright. The staff was very nice and the food came out quickly

Updated review. I went back after a month when the store reached to give them a second chance. I ordered the kebab chicken this time and the meet was good and seasoned relatively well. I had their spicy hummus which is so much better than the original hummus. “Original review” The falafels were completely burnt and were not made correctly. They wouldn’t even acknowledge that they were burnt. The fries were decent and Hummus has no flavour either. I had to throw the full plate away. I do not recommend this place They seriously need to learn to make Middle Eastern/Mediterranean food.

Nice little corner restaurant in a nice little corner of Little Italy. Their falafel is delicious, the staff is friendly; it is a comfortable yet informal place with a good vibe... and they even have a little deli counter so that you can take extras home!

If you are looking for a real middle eastern place. Do not come here, it is fake from sauces to food. The cooks were VERY rude about explaining the chicken sherwarma which was grilled and not cooked well. They told me to wait to fix it, because they have other orders to handle. Then I noticed a piece of plastic thinking it was lettuce but it wasn’t, I Asked for a refund. While waiting the back was very messy and dirty as well. Expensive food not worth the penny!

After years of dining at The Kebab Shop, I remember to write a review. For what? Consistency, value and taste—a Yank’s take on Middle Eastern food that fits oh-so-right into your busy urban affairs. Get in and get out in less time than it takes to get a parking ticket and this place will become your new hangover favorite. All locations—they’re alright. Stop by!

Excellent prices, good portions and great flavor. I ate here twice in 3 days. The lamb plate and the falafel plate, both with pita/hummus and saffron rice. Very happy about both experiences. Will be hitting up this spot every time I'm in town!

Food here has really gone downhill. A couple of years ago this used to be one of my favorite places but since I return to San Diego I’ve eaten at this location and the one in East Village. The food is not fresh. The meat was dried out and the presentation was very unappealing. Not sure what’s happening but I hope they get back on their game because it used to be an awesome place to eat.
