Phenomenal food! Classy staff! Endearing ambiance! WOW!! Had a wonderful group birthday dinner here. Most of the crew had the regular menu and one had the vegan menu. Everyone was thoroughly satisfied!! I didn’t realize gratuity was included, and ended up tipping a lot extra… manager was super classy and refunded it without an issue. And the service was great too. Also loved the sake flight for drinks, and the wines were so good! Cannot recommend highly enough. A GEM!!

Absolutely phenomenal dining experience. The food was simply AMAZING. We did the Omnivore & the Vegan tasting menu, and there was not a false note in any of the dishes. The private outdoor greenhouses were a cool experience as well. The service is also excellent - definitely the best we’ve had at an NYC restaurant so far. We’ll definitely be back.

An amazing experience. We had the tasting menu, and I had the reserve wine pairing with it. All of the food was so thoughtfully put together but, more than that, the taste made me stop and think. There was texture and nuance and playful boldness that I wanted to puzzle out and savor. The staff were attentive and incredibly friendly. There was no air of pretention. My dining partner and I were obviously unaccustomed to fine dining and they were no less enthused to have us there. The dishes were explained thoughtfully and the wine pairings were introduced in such a fun, informative way that I was able to get way more out of my experience. We had a wonderful time.

Celebrated my 10 year veganniversary here. I wanted to splurge at a special restaurant. They have a vegan tasting menu which is why I picked this place. I loved it. Great atmosphere and vibes - it was pretty, rustic-style, nice music, and beautiful lighting. The staff was attentive and friendly - just the right balance. I felt comfortable there! The courses were served at a great pace. It took just over an hour for me to get through everything and then I enjoyed espresso. I got to try lots of flavors and ingredients I never had before. If the portions look too small, fear not, because by the end I was actually stuffed. My favorite course was the Hawaiian hearts of palm. Everything was so creative and delicious! The drink menu was impressive and I loved the one I tried (Japanese gin and beets). If I wasn't such a lightweight I would've ordered another drink. Delicious espresso too. The menu changes often so I'll have to find a new reason to go back, especially when the backyard is open.

The food and service was top notch. The omnivore tasting was the winner of the two but still loved the vegan as well. Just such a beautiful and thoughtful experience on so many levels. Every serving was beautiful, delicious, and multifaceted. Cocktails were delightful, whimsical, and so interesting. Only two small pieces of feedback: We wished the tasting menu had a touch more food (as we were left a little hungry after the meal) and we felt slightly rushed at the end because another couple wanted our specific table (despite other tables being available). Otherwise, a nearly perfect experience.

My first impression of the restaurant started with very professional host leading us to our table. The interior looked like a classic stylish restaurant, but each table was very spacious and comfortable. I also noticed tables were big and nice too. The menu has omnivore and vegan options, and I ordered omnivore. The course started with Kristal Caviar, which melted immediately in my mouth after the initial crunch. What I liked about the dish is how caviar did not take over the taste. Each item was well portioned, and even richer items didn't overwhelm me. Instead, I thought the order was beautiful-- for example, I remembered about Spring Peas with King Crab well, as it was the great refreshing accent between two meat plates with slightly louder flavors. The pre-fixe is reasonably priced for the quality for the city as well. I did go for smaller course in the past, but I do strongly recommend here for the full dinner course menu.

I'd not heard of this place until recently and went on a suggestion and had the tasting menu, and it really was delicious! Also given other NYC tasting menu prices this was a very fair price point for what we got. Every course was really tasty, there was a broth too which was outstanding but it all was. Cocktails were really well crafted too by a dedicated bartender. I've heard it's on restaurant week as a brunch and I'm aiming to come back!

I was looking for a restaurant in New York with unusual, delicious and beautiful presentation. I downloaded Michelin star app and found this place. Reservation was easy to make on line. They sent me notifications to remind and confirm. The place is very casual inside but has garden and tables around it outside. The food and drinks were beyond delicious. Drinks had some unique ingredients that i was little cautious to order, but I didn’t regret. The drinks and food has slight directions towards Indian spices, but spices used in small amounts that didn’t overpower other flavors but added new experience. We had tasting menu and few their special drinks. Service was excellent. Food presentation and temperature and flavors were great. I already recommended this place to my friends and I can’t wait to come back and try different dishes. This restaurant is definitely on my list to come back.
