Had brunch here and it was great. Ordered the smith burger, lots of flavor and they come with the perfect fries. The mac and cheese is a MUST. I would recommend getting it as a side to share, plenty to go around. The service was great, kind and attentive. The space is a cool with all the black and white patterns and historic feeling. Worth it to go downstairs and check the bathrooms!

Loved the Smith! Had the Oysters and homemade chips and fondue, which had us dying for more. Of course we tried the ribeye & the shrimp and grits for our entrees. We absolutely loved it, the steak was cooked to perfection and seasoned well!!! The shrimp and grits were dripping with flavor, literally! Definitely will be back to try other selections.

Have you ever been to a restaurant that exceeds the expectations of mere brunch and is elevated into an experience? Well, that’s this was - an experience in restaurant authenticity and pride. From the moment we were greeted coming into the door through enjoying the last morsel of food, this was a great place to eat. The food was scrumptious. The drinks were delicious. And, the staff were knowledgeable, attentive, and beyond that - kind. Came for brunch and will definitely be back again!

I stopped in for lunch on a hot July weekday. I absolutely love how this section of Clark street is closed off and turned into enjoyable spacious outside patios. I had a nice lemonade and a quinoa kale salad which was well seasoned and more than enough for lunch on a scorching day. The service was friendly. I would love to come back and try their more substantial menu items when it’s not so hot.

Fresh oysters, premium salads and sandwiches at The Smith. Tried a pair each of their three variety oysters and I gotta say they were fantastic. Each has its own unique flavor. Salads are gigantic enough to share and can add almost any protein you see fit. Food preparation for soup and sandwich was a bit lengthy, but everything still came out well seasoned and cooked. Weather cooperated and there was a lot of foot traffic outside during our meal. Would've have had time for a dessert had we not waited fifteen minutes on appetizers.

Amazing place! The food was so good! I have to warn you it is a bit pricy, but it is definitely worth it. There was also really great service. Our waitress was kind and attentive. The staff who brought our food out also did and amazing job. I would definitely recommend going here! The picture attached is a picture of the food I ordered (medium rare bar steak with fries). It is half eaten because it was so good and I forgot to take a picture of the full meal!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Smith on Thanksgiving Day. I ordered the spareribs, and they did not disappoint. The ribs were tender and fell off the bone with ease, and the seasoning was perfect. We couldn't resist ordering the salmon and it was cooked to perfection - moist and flaky on the inside, with a crispy skin on the outside. The service at The Smith was top-notch. Our server was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also great - the stylish, architectural space added to the overall dining experience. Overall, I would highly recommend The Smith for anyone looking for an elevated stylish setting. The spareribs and salmon were both outstanding. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future. Five stars all around!

Came at open for brunch on a Sunday. Ambience is great, especially when it’s quieter. They got very busy towards the latter half of our visit. I ordered a the french toast, which had maple butter and caramelized bananas. It was delicious! The other person I was with got the Benedict Johnny, which they also enjoyed. Cocktails were included with these dishes so it was a pretty decent deal as well. I would definitely come back.
