This is a popular location to relax a little bit in this area. We waited for the foods like at least 30 minutes. Fish and chips were ok, recommend their chips ?. Overall if you want to enjoy the vibe and just enjoy some good beers , it’s good place. But if you really want to relax and have some good foods, maybe other places would be better.

Really nice fish n chips. It better be if it’s a from an Irish Pub. Very strip down Irish pub that reminds you of simpler times. Noting pretentious about here. Great selection of Irish Whiskey and they pour an excellent pint of Guinness. Much to my surprise the staff that we interacted with were from Ireland. They happened to be students over for the summer to get some experience working in the United States. Yet not all staff is from there. It was just my wife and I and we sat in a booth big enough for about 7 people to fit in. Not a busy day when we arrived so seating was plenty full.

This place offers plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. Plenty of brews. Small food menu. Food was ok. Typical bar food. Service was great and friendly. High priced menu items do to location. Limited street parking during the weekdays.

Great indoor and outdoor space (weather permitted). Favorite downtown spot to meet up with friends for drinks after work. So many unique little spots inside to sit and enjoy some privacy.

Good atmosphere and a decent spot to go on Stone Street for happy hour. Bar layout is a bit odd in my opinion. Ordered chicken tenders and fries, and the fries ended up being very hard like they had been in the freezer too long.

We were there in Oct ‘21. The drinks are good, and as you can see I did have the lobster and Guinness special! Yum

Fun Irish cocktail dive. The seasonal drinks are a nice touch. Not coming here for any kind of soup, (watery). You’re coming here for the fried delicacies and fun crowd. Seems to be a fidi work party hit.

So glad my first visit to Uylsses' was a semi-slow early Friday afternoon. The Guinness is perfectly poured & this is the best of the five Shepherd's Pie I've tried in lower Manhattan over the last three weeks. There's a live band scheduled for later tonight & in the last hour the crowd & energy has been building. Long before the 9:00pm performance this place will become packed & crazy! But right now, around 3:00pm, it's just great to chill for a bit in a proper pub.
