To be honest you would not expect this level of quality from the strip center exterior. The inside of Wild Goji is dark and intimate. Unlike many sushi spots the kitchen is tucked in the back with just a window through to the busy chefs. The menu is interesting and full of surprises. We started with a Singapore Sling and Cherry Blossom drinks, both strong but a little sweet, and some savory Bao Buns with pork belly and hoisin true to standard. The sushi though was head and shoulders above average. I had the Signature and my gal ordered a Lava Roll, both superb. We wanted more so sprang for the Shrimp appetizer with Coconut, almost a dessert with a hint of sweet and spicy. I will be back here each time the sushi craving hits. Loved it!

Our food came out totally in about 10 minutes tops. This included our appetizers drinks and entree, which was very impressive. Dumplings were amazing and handmade, and our sushi was great as well. The servers were very friendly and fast with everything. Highly recommend!

I was impressed by the door handle and the fact there was a door stop and the consideration for us washing our hands and the fact there was toilet paper to help us dry our hands. Oh and by the way the food was good. I didn’t have a drink but the drinks looked fire. Shoutout our waitress she was super nice. Tell them Andy sent you and that you would get a discount. Thanks

Really good food. Had the sweet potato roll and the vegan roll and both were tasty. Their menu has plenty of vegan friendly options. This is definitely a repeat for myself and my family.

Stopped by here out of total coincidence, I saw the sign for the restaurant several days back on the way to a work obligation, and on the way to a different sushi place several days later, I saw it again and decided to stop by here instead!! SO glad I did!! This will now be my go-to spot for sushi. We got the Wild goji signature roll, lava roll, shrimp appetizer, wild bao appetizer, and a couple of drinks (I tried the cherry blossom and the cucumber martini). Service was amazing, drinks were good, and the food was exceptional. 10/10!!! I saw their happy hour menu as well and they have some great deals on drinks and food. I’ll be back soon!!

Restaurant was clean, waitress was friendly and service was quick. They had a selection of about 3 Noodle soups to choose from which was what I was craving. The soups were good, they had a rich flavor. The rice was my favorite. We were dissapointed with the dumplings, they were not hot and the flavor was just ok. They had fair prices.

Our go-to spot for decent sushi in San Antonio so far. My partner and I have tried a number of different sushi restaurants in the area, but none have compared to Wild Goji. Made an impromptu visit recently and was not disappointed. Upon entering there is a sign that states "please wait to be seated." There is usually no host at the entrance despite having a podium present. Still, we are seated quickly. From the entrance you can see the sushi bar towards the back. The left side has a full service bar. It is an open concept layout with ample seating. The wall towards the front has specials written on a blackboard. There is a wall with a wine rack built in, however, it looks more like an eyesore. When you sit down, there is a QR code on the table to access the menu. I am happy they have clear vegetarian options for the sushi rolls. I ordered the vegan roll and a sweet potato roll. The vegan roll consists of cucumber, avocado, oshinko, and asparagus. I had requested the sweet potato roll with cream cheese. The rolls were presented nicely and tasted delicious. To drink I usually order the Summer Dream Martini which is Malibu, peach Schnapp, simple syrup, pineapple juice, and strawberries. Each time it's always delicious and refreshing. My partner loved her order which was the hot house sake, Wild Goji Signature roll, and the Iku Iku roll. Overall I have a positive experience each time we visit and will likely return in the future.

Nice cozy place for sushi and ramen. Crazy fast service, our food was out in less than 10 min after ordering. The sushi, fried rice, and wings were very good. I probably wouldn’t order ramen again but would def be back for sushi.
