Typical Four Seasons. This hotel is top notch, so elegant and luxurious. The neutral colored interior is a dream for someone with sensory overload like me ? Service was outstanding from the moment we arrived until we checked out. Our room was beautiful, with a spacious bathroom and great view. Unfortunately there was a weird smell by the window that almost reminded me of mold. I was hoping it would be gone by the time we came back from dinner, but it was there until we checked out the next morning. I mentioned it to the nice lady at the reception and she definitely made up for it. Customer service is clearly important here. Another thing I want to mention: when we came back from dinner I found that room service had not only emptied our trash and prepared slippers on each side of the bed, but they also were attentive enough to leave a cleaning cloth for my sunglasses that I left on the counter. It's a small thing, but as someone who always loses these things, the gesture definitely did not go unnoticed. All in all a great experience and I will definitely be back to try out the pool and spa ✨

Stayed here during the Christmas/NYE holiday week. Expensive but definitely worth it. You get what you pay for from the moment you walk into the hotel. All the staff was A1, from showing where/how to check in, to room service, to the maids. I will throw in, the room service meal I would only rate as “good” and the menu was pretty limited. However the panoramic views of the city definitely make up for it! Hope to stay here again sometime soon

A weekend excursion to the Philadelphia location of the Four Seasons Hotel is always a welcome opportunity to rest and indulge, even though I currently live in Philadelphia and have previously resided in Tampa, Florida, and have stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel in Orlando, Florida. Even more impressive than the hotel itself is the exceptional service you'll receive from the staff. Once you arrive at the hotel, the staff will take care of your every need until you check out. The hotel has lovely modern rooms and a pool that will wow even the most discerning guests. Please feel free to visit this Philadelphia location on a yearly basis. There just isn't any better restaurant in town. Excellently cooked steaks and potent beverages, all presented with care and precision.

Initial concierge communication was not documented so restaurant reservations were not being addressed until I followed up because I received no communication as I had been promised. Spa canceled my appointment at the last minute due to staffing issue. No back up staff available. Room had dust everywhere. Stained carpet in the room and guest room floor hallways. Hallways are not vacuumed daily. Very frustrating to get a locker in the poolside changing room. Wrong credit card was billed. Do Not Disturb was not honored and my room had been entered. This is a major policy violation in the hospitality industry unless it's for a security reason. Mine was not. How can Forbes possibly rate this as a 5 star property??? Four Seasons used to provide personalized welcome notes in the room. This hotel doesn't.

Exquisite in every sense. The actual lobby is on the 60th floor and it is marvelous! Gorgeous decor, attention to detail, the in room app for ordering various niceties was also appreciated. The service was to par although I did find that I had to ask for things which I thought were obvious, possibly just a training need. Otherwise, it was all above expectations!

First and foremost I'd like to say my massage therapist, Deb was amazing. This review does not reflect her. The hotel is beautiful but I've received better hospitality at bath houses. I made spa reservations to celebrate my birthday but that place did nothing but ruin the day. Immediately after checking in 5 minutes late, the concierge at the front desk announced that my massage secession was already in progress. I'm aware of how reservations work and I was indeed late, but I found the announcement passive aggressive. Anyway, after receiving my massage and shown the locker room, my friend and I proceeded to use the pool. Shortly after getting in, the concierge from check in told us that we were not permitted to use the pool due to it being reserved only for guests that are staying, and that we needed to go back to the relaxation room. We did not book a room since we live right outside the city. We were under the impression that the pool, steam room and gym was accessible due to us being customers of the spa. We thought it fell under "amenities". That was not the case. The man then had staff watch us from afar to ensure we exited the pool. We went back relaxation room and there were no seats available. We decided to get dressed and leave at that point. Aside from the pool policy being absurd, myself and my friend spending hundreds of dollars on a service, the least they could have done is notify us AFTER leaving the pool. Rather than humiliate us and give us an unwanted feel. In summary, if you want a SPA day, stay the night or go to a more welcoming establishment.

Unfortunately although I had a good facial, Marco gave me a very underwhelming customer service experience. I had an 8am appointment with the spa, once that was over I was told I was free to use the amenities. Not knowing that the pool was excluded… which is very unusual when receiving a spa service. The pool room was completely empty when we went in.. again we had no clue it wasn’t open to us.. while we’re in the pool completely wet Marco comes to us an tells us to return to the relaxation area… which was completely unnecessary in my opinion especially considering it was empty. A quick reminder that it was only for guest with a purchased room, but I’ll let you finish up especially after spending over $600 on services would have been the more polite thing to do.

It was the absolutely best stay that I've had at any hotel. The service was impeccable. The room was nice. The View was amazing, and the pool was awesome. From the elevator ride up to the 60th floor upon arrival, it was an amazing stay.
