We always go to Rebelle when we want to celebrate a special occasion. The seafood is always fresh and delicious. Everything we order is always presented so beautifully and then when you take that first bite it takes our breath away everytime. Then there is the wine collection, there is so much to choose from and if you need help pairing your wine with your entree they are so helpful and nice enough to suggest what goes well together. The waitresses and the manager are so knowledgeable in wine, the taste and feel of it, where it came from, and food pairings. The ambiance is very romantic when eating by candlelight with a mixture of classic and modern for the decor. We will definitely be going back for our date nights and special occasions. Everything is impeccable!

Cute date night place located in St. Anthony hotel. It was very elegant but they sat us at the most undesirable table close to the bar. We went for my birthday but it wasn't anything special. No card or anything like other fine dining restaurants we go to. The hostess was really awkward and lack social skills. They shortly closed for carbon monoxide but opened the restaurant back up for reservations only. The food took a lot longer than expected. It was an over an hour before our entrees arrived. The waitress was very knowledgeable on the menu but a little aggressive at trying to get us to order more side dishes too I guess so she can get a bigger tip. She kept emphasizing how small their kitchen is, perhaps why it took so long. The price was pricey for the lack of quality. Presentation of the food was underwhelming. I was expecting more from my cast iron steak but it was okay usually there's supposed to be a nice crust when it's cooked on cast iron. The whole shallots with my steak definitely threw me off. I'm not sure if the intent is to make it edible with the steak or not but take it off if it's not made to be edible since it lack aesthetic. The waitress kept raving on and on about the fries but it was anything but mediocre, at least add some truffle or parmesan for the way she was talking about it. My tartar lack a hint of acidity. The octopus was delicious but serving it on a bed of beans is very weird. When I think of beans I think of southern cooking not fine dining. The beans lacked flavor as well. The lobster & king crab was cooked perfectly. Overall I wouldn't consider this fine dining for the quality. You're pretty much paying for the ambiance/location

We sadly only had a limited amount of time, but the food and service was excellent. We started with half a dozen east coast oysters which were better than any I have had recently. This was followed by the Deviled eggs which were fantastic. My wife had the Mahi with spinach pudding which she loved. I went with the lobster roll and fries, but also got the veggie of the day which were delicious collards. We will definitely be back when we are in town and not in a hurry. I definitely recommend this place.

I had dinner with my parents at Rebelle, and was very satisfied with the meal and the service. Our water was Liv, and she was very friendly, attentive, efficient and full of knowledge about the food being served. The food itself was very tasty and so were the cocktails. What surprised me a little was the absence of cappuccino that we could order. Other than that, this restaurant is a solid choice to have dinner at.

Need to come back! The food was fantastic! The char-grilled oysters were fantastic and the recommendation to dip our bread into the butter they are drizzled with was a great idea. We both had the fillet mignon with the pasta and butternut squash side dishes! The atmosphere is intimate and trendy. We had a table that overlooked the main area and Brennen was our waiter. The only complaint I would say I had was the knives weren't really great to use on the steak so I had to bust out my own. We ordered the key lime pie to go and it was one of the best key lime pies ever. Coming back again to try something different. We also did the valet parking which was free with dinner.

My daughter and I had brunch at Rebelle today. Upon arrival, Kayla greeted us and immediately and showed us to our table. Soon after James, our server, talked us through the menu and made a few recommendations. The drinks and food were fantastic and served in a very professional and expedited manner. They even catered to our special requests based on our preferences. I would completely recommend Rebelle for brunch whether you are having a girls day or making it a family experience.

(5 stars reserved for exceptional service or products). This restaurant gets a 5 star from me. We had a late Valentine's date here. First, the hotel: St Anthony's. Magnificent and a beautiful throw back to the glamorous days when Hollywood elite would visit!! Rebelle: The food is excellent, the service was absolutely spot on, and the place is really nice and classy. some have mentioned the lighting as an issue. I like the fusion of classy with some odd lighting. The build out is really nice. We had the Fish Stew that had other crustaceans in it and was excellent! Also had the Pork Chop, which was perfectly seasoned and spiced! The wine selection is pretty darn good as well. Treat yourself and have dinner here. Also, at the time of this review, I was told that the restaurant will validate valet parking. Call first to confirm, but I'm using it next time! :-D
