UFC Gym

The worse gym I have ever seen, I had to pay 800 extra money for cancellation which I told them already that I am no longer coming to this gym.

Great gym with pleasant personnel; frequent members are friendly and supportive of one another. They also have amazing fitness sessions that can help you become fit and achieve your fitness goals. Would recommend if you want to learn various Mixed Martial Arts disciplines.

Size of the gym is amazing, the equipment and staff are amazing. Highly recommend this gym. Nice and friendly staff, bathrooms always clean and equipment is stocked properly.

The staff are nice when you sign up, but when you mention cancellation they don't want to hear or know about it. I struggled to cancel my membership and I was getting passed around everytime I asked for proof of membership with my signature. They said they don't keep the contracts, but can provide one with no signature on it and claim it's what I had signed. I had moved an hour away from the gym and the staff member expected me to try and attend. I never signed a contract and I had to sign an exit form and pay a fee that I was not informed about before I signed up and I definitely asked that question if there was one. Never again!

I never am this person as I feel as if, if you have nothing nice to say that you should keep it to yourself but also believe that if I can help others from entering into something that isn’t worth it, I will do so. Mains issues with not only the gym but the workers is, nobody really cares. - I’ve messaged/emailed the team a number of times and they will just ignore you completely and forget to respond or just won’t respond out of spite so you can’t cancel. - They charge you during lockdown even when they’re not open themselves - High turnover in personal trainers due to people signing up for a fighting gym and getting general fitness workouts. - Not really a fighting gym - They tried to charge me a cancellation fee due to early termination however my contract ended in 2020 and have been paying as weekly member out of contract. Respectfully, get your act together. This is no way to run a business and is highly unprofessional.

Great value for money, $20 a week covers all classes and training! Haven't been to a better gym before!

I recommend this gym as it has improved my Mixed martial art skills incredibly, not only do they provide the best training in kickboxing and Muay Thai but they also have a variety of weights to help improve muscle gain… 100% recommend trying this gym out.
