Always have a good time there. I like to have a pour of bourbon while my wife plays slots. Having worked in the casino industry for over a decade Turtle Creek doesn't disappoint. Just wish I could hit like I did back in 2009 there. That was a memorable birthday. But still fun to stop on while headed to or from TC.

I love this casino. Rooms have fridge and microwave in them. Friendly staff. Smoking section off the casino floor but close. You don't have to freeze to go out and smoke. That's a plus for me. Plus for non smokers as well. Close to traverse city.

Love this place. Clean, neat, often quiet. Close to Traverse City with all it has to offer. Prices fair depending on night. Food choices ok. Lots of modern slot machines placed so not at all crowded.

Experience Modern Comfort and Gaming Fun at Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel in Traverse City During our recent visit to Traverse City for a sports tournament, my partner and I had a comfortable stay at the Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel. The hotel is quite expensive but modern and upscale, offering free parking and a nice service for check-in and check-out. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a large bathroom and a nice big shower. We particularly loved the interior design of the room inspired by the native american culture, which added to the overall experience. The hotel is directly connected to the casino, which makes visiting the gaming halls easy and fun. It's a great place to relax and have some fun during your stay in Traverse City. Overall, we can recommend Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel for anyone looking for modern comfort and gaming fun during their visit to Traverse City. Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel in Traverse City is a nice place to stay! With modern amenities, friendly service, and direct access to the casino, it's worth my 5-star review recommendation!

Casino only review: Very quiet on a Monday morning, the variety of slot machines is nice. We’ve been here maybe 4+ times and we always enjoy it.

They are partners with ceasers palace. The app for slots super tight. Your typical Indian casino. They sure love to take you money but don't want to pay out. Not sure the return rate for a slot machine on an Indian reservation. It's got to be around 79 percent. When it does pay. It's peanuts. Only low jackpots no mid or high jackpots.

My husband and I stayed at your hotel for four days. The casino was great, we spent quite a lot of time there. The staff in the casino was friendly and accommodating. Our room was beautiful and clean when we arrived. When we checked in, the front desk staff person was rude and unhelpful. No housekeeping. On the third day, we attempted to call the front desk, using the room phone. We received a voice message, no live person came on the line. We stopped at the front desk to request housekeeping. Again, the staff person was rude and unhelpful. My husband asked if there would be a Native American presence at the grand opening. She stated there may be a guitarist and she didn’t think he is Native American. She didn’t have further knowledge of any ceremonies. When we returned later that afternoon, a stack of towels was left on the floor next to our door. The used towels remained in the room and garbage was not taken out. During our four day visit, housekeeping never showed up. Very unprofessional. How could we recommend anyone use your facilities?
