Tycoon Flats

Our first visit here. Everything was delicious and tasty. I didn’t know what to get with so many delicious options. I got the 3 mini specialty burgers of my choice. They did not disappoint. It was more than I can handle. Our server was very attentive and consistently checked up on us to see if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. I would definitely go back again. I can’t believe I didn’t find out about this place soon enough. Highly recommended!!

The food is so delicious here you won't be disappointed. Almost everyone had something different, and everyone enjoyed their food. We celebrated a dear friend's birthday and our waiter was so nice & caring even asked to keep cake chilled till we were ready for it. Loved outdoor seating with plenty of fans and misters in case they are needed which does help. No this does not dampen or make food soggy they turn on & off plus they are high enough to not to effect the food. Very family friendly atmosphere so inviting you forget your not in someone's back yard/patio.

Great food and great people!! Our meal was amazing!! Staff was friendly and really on top of our order. This truly is a unique place to eat and the food is amazing. If you are looking for some amazing burgers, appetizers, and to have the San Antonio food experience you should definitely try it out. I loved the outdoor atmosphere with the open patio and dine in is offered as well. Also, I just want to thank the man that came up and thanked my son for his service to the Airforce and congratulated him for his graduation. He paid for our meal that included 7 of us total!! Great man and it was a humbling experience for sure.

This was my first time here even though I have been in San Antonio for quite some time. The staff greeted me as soon as I came in and was very friendly throughout the entire visit. This location is, unfortunately right smack dab in the middle of the St. Mary's street construction so getting here was a little bit of a challenge. I ordered the Flats burger with added grilled onions, bacon, and mushrooms. My burger was juicy and flavorful. We also had fries as an appetizer. They were really good and I almost got full on the fries. The food was really good. I also had a strawberry shake it is very much worth the six dollars. I did not get a chance to take a picture of the shake but I did enjoy it. Their menu is extensive so there is something for everyone. I am glad that I finally came to try the food.

This was our very first time coming here. It's such a cool and unique place. Beautiful vines and flowers everywhere, nice and shady, fans blowing with mist. They really went above and beyond to make it a nice comfortable place to eat outside in this Texas Summer Heat. Our Server's name was Eric and he was Great. He explained just about everything on the menu, very friendly and attentive. Thank you Eric for being such a cool guy. We love going to different restaurants/burger joints in and around SA looking for "The Best Burgers" Well y'all knocked it out of the park with the Burger that I got.. Pineapple Bacon Burger was phenomenal. It's something about the pineapple, and you could taste the mustard coming through slightly, with the bacon. Wow it was awesome. We will definitely be back.. I rate this burger 8 out of 10. Can't wait to try out all the other ones.. Sincerely, Melissa C

This is the spicy southwest chicken panini sandwich. Yo, this sandwich is bomb! It comes out hot. That chicken is so tender! The bread has a soft good texture, not crunchy or hard. Overall, every bite is so soft, the sandwich just melts in your mouth. Honestly one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. It makes me want to go back and try it again. Good food!

First time coming here, wasn’t a bad experience. Our server Olivia was very nice & made sure we were doing okay! The onion rings were really good with their tiger ranch! My burger was okay, tasted like a regular burger to me. But they have different burger options but I chose a more simple burger! But overall, it was good!

The food is unique and amazing. This is one restaurant you have to try once if your visiting SA. Laid back atmosphere, people enjoying their food and well behaved dogs. There is plenty of space to park, which is rare on this strip.
